debt consolidation loan…$7000 in debt!?

Would we get authorized for a debt converging if we owe 00 upon an automobile loan as well as misc. debt. How does a debt converging work? we dont modify have a automobile which we am juicy soured anymore, which sucks. Anyone which could give me info upon this would be great!
