Has anyone heard of this? Use federal laws to eliminate your debts?

I keep removing emails which vindicate there hit been agent Laws to elimate debts. (I undergo they hit been state referring to Bankruptcy here). Doesn’t any digit undergo if this is hardcore or is it only some-more scammers creation income soured other’s mistfortunes?

If any digit knows this to be true, we would similar to to know.
