what to do if your creditor refuse to accept credit counseling?

My loved went to a credit conversing so which they crapper enter his debt. One of a creditors pronounced they crapper exclude this. What else crapper you do? =\ This is all frustrating.
PS. we didn’t co-sign. But it still affects me..
