Need to pay off credit…is a consolidation loan the best way to go?

I am ,000 in Credit label debt. Would similar to to compensate it down as fast as probable during the lowest rates possible. NO DEBT CONSOLIDATION COMPANIES!! Was meditative about starting to my internal bank as well as asking for the personal loan, though we do not own the home. What have been my options??
