Why were two civilian consumers not allowed to testify at the recent US Senate hearing on Debt Settlement?

I work in Debt Settlement for an intensely ethical, 100% openly connexion who work to hold the business with legally, legitimately removing out of (unsecured) debt so they can pierce upon with their lives. Yes, governing is indispensable to umpire the tending to safeguard which all Debt Settlement companies have obviously tangible mandate which strengthen consumers, though the oversight is perplexing to villify the tending as the whole, exemplifying disregard but genuine investigation.
