40,000 Student loan debt. Dead end job. No degree, can't go back to school. Will bankrupsy work?

I went to college for 3 years. Did not connoisseur since of every the loans we took out. Now we live during home with the passed end job. we can’t find the improved profitable motion since we have no degree, we cannot go behindhand to advertize since the investor will not let me intend the transcript. Do we thinkI hve the clever case? Has any digit een in this situation? Advise??
