does anyone know "Debt Settlement of America" company?

I have to understanding with a debt gourmet for my credit label debt. And we institute this company. They have been starting to distribute me 30% of a volume in between a stream change as substantially as a settlement. But they told me they have been not starting to distribute a initinal fee.
if some one knows about this association or got an experience(either enthusiastic or bad), greatfully let me know. we would conclude it.
