Summoned to court over debt & collection agency settlement?

I not daylong ago perceived a serve to justice over aged debt with Providian (they direct 00).

Couple of days after we got a allocation time from garner up group that suing me. But they do not discuss jural incase there. It only says they module tighten out a comment if we compensate allocation amount. (which is 00 turn afterwards volume they have been suing me for)

What have been my options ?

What happens if we go for allocation preceding to a justice fellow ? Is my incase starting to intend discharged ? Any ideas what ability occur ? Or any suggestions how to understanding with it ?

My SOL lapsed Sept.2006, though it looks kindred to they have filed jural incase in July 2006, though my justice fellow is in March. Is SOL manners request to filing day or justice fellow ?
