Disputing Debt settlement/consolidation company charges?

Has any ever, or know if we can, brawl charges done by a debt connection or debt allotment company. they exclude to reinstate my income since we sealed a contract, even yet they did not action a services in that we was profitable for. ANY HELP HELPS!!!!!
