Has anyone heard of this? Use federal laws to eliminate your debts?

I keep removing emails which explain there hit been Federal Laws to elimate debts. (I undergo they hit been state referring to Bankruptcy here). Doesn’t any one undergo if this is loyal or is it only some-more scammers creation income soured other’s mistfortunes?

If any one knows this to be true, we would kindred to to know.
