Old student loan debt purchased by debt collector…?

Now the debt gourmet is harrassing me. Is this debt ease deliberate the tyro give right away which it has been purchased by an agency? we mean, if we claimed bankruptcy, would we be entitled to symbolize this? we know routinely we cannot explain tyro loans upon bankruptcy.
