What do you do when debt mgmt. program pays bills late?

I am enrolled in CCCS, Consumer Credit Counseling Services, it’s a substantially known "supposedly" creditable organization. They keep profitable my creditors late (when we compensate them (CCCS) upon time) as substantially as afterwards they discuss it me which they can’t take a late remuneration story off my credit.
